I never really understood the rift between some women and even a few "feminists" and trans women. A woman is a woman and the last thing a feminist should do is add to the excluding of women. I wrote about it when I was still very young the pain of being "not-a-woman" and it was something I encountered as a black woman and as a woman who has not always identified as a woman and as a woman who felt she was not recognised fully as a woman or a man or a equal human.
